LaVie Blanc du Castel is a blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay and Gewurztraminer grapes. The grapes were handpicked. The wine went through a long and cold fermentation process, alongside a careful treatment of lees.
LaVie Rouge du Castel is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Petit Verdot grapes. The grapes were handpicked and after fermentation and a short period in French oak barrels, the wine was aged for a year in concrete tanks
