What is the Areles Wine Club?
It’s a monthly subscription that delivers handpicked kosher wines straight to your door. You choose your wine type (red, white, rosé, or mixed) and bottle count (6 or 12), and we’ll send a curated box every month with free delivery.
Do I get to choose the wines in my box?
Our wine experts select different wines each month to surprise you with new favorites — but always within the wine style you’ve chosen. If you have specific preferences or feedback (love bold reds? prefer sweeter rosés?), you can let us know anytime— we’ll use it to guide future selections so your box fits your taste even better.
How does billing work?
You’ll be charged once a month on the date you signed up. There are no hidden fees — the price includes your wines and free delivery.
How much will my next case be?
Your case price depends on the box and size you choose. It stays the same each month unless you switch to a different box type or quantity.
Can I pause or cancel my membership?
Absolutely. You can pause or cancel anytime through your account — no minimum commitment required.
When will I receive my first box?
Orders are usually processed right away, so your first box ships within a few days and will arrive within 3-5 working days. Future boxes arrive around the same date each month - unless specified otherwise.
Are all the wines kosher?
Yes — every wine we send is 100% kosher-certified, so you can enjoy with complete confidence.
Do you ship outside of London?
Currently, we deliver throughout England although free delivery applies within the London area — contact us if you’re unsure about your postcode.
Is the club suitable as a gift?
Definitely! You can sign up on behalf of someone else and have the wine delivered to their address — perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, or holidays.
What happens if I’m not home for delivery?
No worries — your courier will leave the box in a safe place or reschedule a delivery.
Will you let me know before sending my next box?
Definitely — we’ll send you an email reminder before each shipment so you can make changes, skip, or pause if needed.
Can I choose a specific day for my next delivery?
Currently, delivery dates are set around your billing schedule, but you can contact us if you need a specific day and we’ll do our best to arrange it.
