Yarden Syrah Allone Habashan presents aromas of plum and ripe cherry along with characteristics of earth, smoke, meat, spices and a hint of green olives.

This is a single vineyard wine with a full body and concentration of flavors.  Yarden Syrah Allone Habashan  is ready to drink now, but will continue to improve and develop in the bottle in the coming years. Under proper storage conditions, the wine can appreciate for at least a decade or even more than the vintage. wine and food We enjoy drinking this special wine alongside grilled lamb, fried oxtail with wine or wild mushroom stew.
