Unorthodox Merlot Cabernet Sauvignon

A long skin fermentation with lots of aeration is followed by oak maturation for 8 months in French and American oak. Pasteurized in the juice stage of production, this wine is prepared under the supervision of the Cape Town Beth Din. It is Mevushal and Kosher for Passover

74% Merlot 26% Cabernet Sauvignon

TASTING NOTE:  A deep and brilliant ruby red, one can expect notes of red fruit and cassis with a hint of vanilla. A full-bodied and sumptuous wooded red wine.

PAIRING SUGGESTION:  The perfect complement to a wide range of dishes, in particular red meat, stews, and chicken.
