This Shiraz underwent cold open fermentation and was aged for 18 months in French oak barrels which shaped its inquire character.

With notes on the nose of plums a complex bouquet of coffee vanilla and well integrated tannins with well balanced acidity this wine can be enjoyed now and will further be enhanced with aging.
