A balanced blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz, the Psagot Sinai is sourced from vineyards in the northern reaches of Israel, at an altitude of 900 meters. The barrel cellar in which the wine was aged, meanwhile, is located in an ancient cave. And yes, you can certainly taste the heritage.
