The vineyards at the foot of Mount Meron in the Upper Galilee are planted at an average height of 760 m above sea level. The grapes were harvested from several plots on the northern slopes of the mountain, characterized by "straining vines". These unique conditions, combined with growing methods and little irrigation allowed the vine to yield high-quality grapes. The grapes were harvested in a selective manual harvest and when they arrived at the nearby winery they were carefully selected and underwent controlled fermentation. Maximum accuracy yielded excellent extraction. This wine is a blend of 4 noble varieties - Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, and Petit Verdot. 20 months of aging in oak barrels retained the original fruit flavors.
