An extraordinary wine with unique health qualities, produced with an original and groundbreaking method by Dr. Arkadi Papikian, a world-known expert in wine and grapevine theories. The wine has not a drop of added bisulfate, which contributes to physical and mental wellbeing, and a healthier, more complete lifestyle. The wine underwent a long extraction process from skins of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc grapes, from selected lots around Mount Meron. It then went through slow cold fermentation and aging in French oak barrels. Or Haganuz Elima is an extraction of 75% Cabernet Sauvignon and 25% Cabernet Franc from vineyards that overlook Mout Meron. Once extracted this wine undergoes a slow cold fermentation process and is aged in French Oak for 14 months. No sulfites added.
