The wine went through an integrated production process: half of the amount of wine went through spontaneous fermentation in oak barrels and aged on the yeast, in order to add complexity, and the other half in stainless steel tanks, in order to maintain freshness and fruit aromas. The final blend of the barrels and stainless steel tanks creates a wine that maintains high fruit qualities and combines complex and delicate wood flavors.
