Apex Pomegranate Wine Barrels is the first whiskey in the world to be aged in a pomegranate wine barrel, with local flavors of the Israeli pomegranate fruit. The whiskey was aged in a bourbon barrel and finished for six months in a former pomegranate wine barrel that gave it its Elegant flavor.
