Red wine, produced from 40% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Merlot, 20% Malbec. The source of the grapes for this unique blend is in the vineyards planted in the Ayalon Valley. The grapes were harvested by hand. The wine is aged for 12 months in French oak barrels.
