The wine is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (60%) Merlot (20%) Petit Verdot (20%), the vineyards selected for this unique blend are planted in the Upper Galilee mountains and harvested by hand. Upon completion of the malolactic fermentation and wine stabilization, each strain was transferred to a separate barrel and matured for 12 months. The wines were then poured into the final blend and returned to the wooden barrels for another 12 months. The wine is aged for a total of 24 months in mostly new French and American oak barrels.
