Matar Cabernet Sauvignon

This bottle is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, hand picked from a 30 year old vineyard in the Upper Galilee. The wine aged for 18 months in French oak barrels. A dry, full-bodied, and complex wine. Characterized by pecan aromas and ripe black fruit.  Long and round.

The wine is part of Matar Winery's high-end series, which includes wines produced from mature vines in selected vineyards.

The number of bottles is limited and numbered.
