Masso Antico Primitivo

Masso Antico Primitivo is a full-bodied red wine from the Salento region of Puglia, southern Italy, made exclusively from Primitivo grapes—the Italian counterpart to Zinfandel.

This kosher wine is crafted using the traditional Alberello vine training method, the bush-trained vines thrive in hot, dry Mediterranean conditions with refreshing sea breezes.

After hand-harvesting and careful selection, grapes are often slightly dried on the vine to intensify their flavor before fermentation and aging in French oak barrels for 4–6 months.

The result is a rich, intense wine that captures the essence of Puglia’s terroir and winemaking heritage.
