Ein Yifam is produced only in special years, with a character suitable for the style we have chosen for this wine. This is a long-lasting wine, which has 'big' sides, but maintains a refinement and precision that impressed us during the making. The wine has a smooth and silky attack, very typical of wine-making in general. The aromas are reminiscent of red fruit, but with time in the glass gradually develop and take on fleshy-earthy aspects. The fruit carries the wood well, which is revealed here in light aromas of mocha or chocolate. The finish of the wine is very tannic and spicy. This is a wine to drink at any time: close to release from the winery - for almost Donistic pleasure thanks to its harmonies, or as it matures, for the enjoyment of deep earthy aromas, which will develop in it over the years.
