Character: Concentrated, powerful and spicy
Varieties: Patti Verdot with a little Cabernet Sauvignon
Vineyards: Givat Harel, altitude 750 meters, Ness Harim, altitude 700 meters, Kerem Giora – Cabernet Sauvignon, altitude 700 meters
Aging: 18 months in French oak barrels
Potential aging: The wine reaches its peak about 3 years after harvest and will continue to develop for another 8 to 10 years under proper conditions.
Suitable for food: Goes well with red meat dishes, such as entrecote steak or fillet, or rich dairy dishes such as eggplant lasagna
Serving recommendation: open about an hour and a half before serving or pour into a decanter. Serve at 16-18°C.
