This wine has been Produced from local Israeli Bittuni grapes - an ancient variety endemic to israel.  The vines are arranged in the form of chalice and grown without irrigation. The wine was aged 10 months in French barrels  The Characteristics of this wine is fruit-forward complexed and seasoned   There are only 1000 Bottles Available of the latest vintage, each bottle is numbered.
