Glittering deep purple in color, the wine is rich with characters of blueberry, black cherry and raspberry jam accompanied by chocolate and clove aromas. The full-bodied wine has a velvety texture with a long, elegant finish. Region: Upper Galilee. Varieties: 80% Syrah, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Petit Verdot. Technical Data: Undergoing about 14 days of fermentation on skins at 28ºC (82ºF) and full malolactic fermentation, the wine aged for 16 months in French oak barrels.
