Soft ripe fruit on the nose is complemented by elegant oak spice and a hint of minerality. The palate is generous and balanced with ripe fruit, soft spice, and a good tannic structure. The finish is mineral, complex and long.
This wine matches well with a Lamb shoulder marinated with Rosemary, Tyme, and Hibiscus. (Best served with full-flavored dishes, roasts, grilled meats, cold cuts, Mediterranean dishes, strong cheeses.)
