Flam Noble 2020

Flam Noble 2020 is a luxurious, full-bodied kosher red Bordeaux-style blend from Flam Winery’s prime Judean Hills vineyards. Predominantly Cabernet Sauvignon with Merlot, Petit Verdot, Cabernet Franc (and a touch of Syrah), it’s aged for 16–20 months in French oak 

Deep garnet in color, the nose is layered with ripe blackcurrant, cherry, plum, violet, cocoa, cedar, coffee, and sweet spice. On the palate, expect concentrated dark fruit, cassis, licorice, with vibrant acidity, fine-grained tannins, and subtle earthy‑oak depth. The finish is long, elegant, and enduring—echoing black fruit, mocha, graphite, and spice

An acclaimed vintage—averaging mid‑90s points—with aging potential up to 10+ years. Ideal with premium red meats, game, aged cheeses, or dark chocolate.
