Darom by Yatir White 2019 blends 54% Viognier from Yatir Forest with 46% Sauvignon Blanc from Ramat Arad.

Fermented in stainless steel and matured in a mix of tanks and old barrels, this golden straw-colored wine bursts with aromas of citrus, jasmine, and chamomile. On the palate, it offers a lively balance of ripeness, freshness, acidity, and minerality, with notes of citrus and green pear. 

Elegant and restrained, it’s an excellent gastronomic wine ideal for pairing with light, flavourful dishes.
