Darom Red 2019 - The wine consists of 32% Merlot, 29% Syrah, 16% Malbec, 14% Zinfandel, 9% Cabernet Sauvignon, from various regions in the Negev and the southern Judean Mountains. The various wines underwent short and gentle fermentation, most in stainless steel containers and some in concrete containers or large open wooden containers. They then matured for about 8 months in large wooden containers ( foudres) to create a fresh and fruity wine that would go well with light Mediterranean dishes ( Pasta/ Pizza ) The color of the wine is ruby red. Aromas of blackberry, plum, and pepper. In the mouth, ripe and juicy fruit, medium-bodied, fruity with good acidity, soft tannins, and a long finish.
