Dalton Gin, kosher for Passover, is a beautifully aromatic spirit crafted using 11 botanicals handpicked from the Galilean vineyards of Dalton Winery.

The gin combines traditional distillation methods with "London Dry Gin" techniques, allowing the alcohol vapors to pass through the carefully selected herbs and spices. This process results in a wonderfully perfumed gin with vibrant aromas of juniper, lemons, citrus, and delicate Mediterranean herbs, accented by elder pine notes.

The kosher gin is unfiltered, meaning it may appear cloudy at lower temperatures but will return to its clear state at room temperature.
