Hand-picked in the early hours and placed in a crate, the grapes are then kept in a cold room for 24 hours. The berries then pass on the sorting table and are sent in a press. We work in cold skin maceration. Fermentation is natural and is done with native yeasts. COLOUR: Bright colour of a pale pink, and frank. NOSE: Subtle, a complex and slightly smoky fruitiness that develops suave notes. MOUTHFEEL: Frank, full-bodied, fresh, delicate and very long wine, offering a rosé with fineness, roundness and great elegance! AGEING: 2 years and more. FOOD AND WINE PAIRING: Goes perfectly with a bouillabaisse, crustacens. Recommended service temperature: 10° - 11°C.
