Single Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon grapes were harvested from the Admon Vineyard cultivated on the southeastern slopes of the Ramat Dalton region in the Upper Galilee, one of the top growing regions in Israel, 2,530 ft. above sea level. This unique vineyard instilled in the wine a rich, full-bodied, and balanced character with an impressive aging ability.
