Carmel Special Reserve Cabernet sauvignon - Israeli Dry Red Wine

The Carmel Special Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon is a tribute to Israel's first single-vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon, launched by Carmel Winery in 1976. This exceptional wine is crafted from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes grown at the Admon Vineyard in the Upper Galilee, 770 metres above sea level.

Aged for 15 months in French oak barrels, it boasts a deep purple hue and aromas of red fruit, black pepper, and tobacco, with hints of cloves and cinnamon.

Full-bodied with rich fruit flavours and a long, balanced finish, this wine exemplifies elegance and the meticulous care of Carmel's Signature collection.
