This whisky is matured in a combination of first-fill bourbon and sherry casks, resulting in a beautifully balanced, characterful dram.
On the nose, this kosher whisky offers rich aromas of toffee, green apple and malt, followed by a palate of ripe fruit, creamy chocolate, toasted oak, and a soft hint of peat smoke. The finish is smooth, warm, and gently smoky, embodying Benromach’s classic Speyside character with a subtle twist of smoke.
