Metzuda Ye'Arim 2016 Port Style

Metzuda Ye'Arim 2016 is a port-style dessert wine with an unusual range of flavors. The wine was produced from Merlot and Petit Verdot grapes that were absorbed in a late harvest at a stage of high maturation. After a unique fermentation process for this style and fortification with alcohol, the wine was aged for four years in oak barrels exposed to the sun's natural wall.
