Gamla Red Blend

The Gamla Red Blend is a full-bodied and complex Israeli red wine, offering attractive flavours of ripe cherries and plums alongside notes of spice, flowers, tobacco, cocoa, earth, orange peel and herbs. Rich and concentrated yet balanced by refreshing acidity, the wine has an elegant and layered character.

Made from Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Malbec and Petit Verdot, the grapes are sourced from vineyards in the Golan Heights and Upper Galilee. The wine is aged for 12 months in French oak barrels, adding depth and complexity. Enjoyable upon release, it can develop further in the bottle and should remain in good drinking condition for around 10 years from the vintage.
