The Master Distiller of the Tomintoul Distillery, Robert Fleming, created this small batch bottling by specially selecting Tomintoul aged in exceptional ex-bourbon American oak casks, which are then married & finished in hand selected Caribbean rum barrels.

The process of ‘finishing’ creates a beautifully rich, complex & full flavoured single malt scotch whisky.

TASTING NOTES

Nose: Fresh and bright with aromas of raspberry blossom, coconut oil, Parma violets and custard Danish.

Palate: Layers of muscovado sugar, iced buns and cinder toffee bound with lotus biscuits, nougat and coconut cream.

Finish: Sweet butterscotch and chocolate eclairs fading into a warming cake spice linger.
