Dalton Canaan White is a semi-dry wine crafted from a blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Semillon, Viognier, and a touch of Muscat. The grapes, harvested in the early hours of September from the Upper and Western Galilee vineyards, were processed and cooled immediately to preserve freshness.

Cool-fermented in stainless steel tanks, this kosher wine retains a light sweetness and boasts rich floral and fruity aromas with a well-balanced acidity.
