Dalton Asufa Levantina is a bold and expressive red blend, crafted from 85% Zinfandel, 10% Shiraz, and 5% Petite Sirah sourced from the Safsufa Vineyard in Merom Galil.

This "Coast to Coast" cuvée delivers a spiced, aromatic nose of currants, ripe berries, and plums, accented by cinnamon, cloves, and vanilla from oak aging. Medium-bodied with soft tannins and a touch of sweetness on the palate, it’s a warming, flavorful wine ideal for pairing with rich meats like steak or lamb chops, or cozying up with a winter stew.
