Naveh by Château Golan White is an estate-grown 100% Sauvignon Blanc crafted in the Tel Fares vineyard in the Golan Heights. Aged ~7 months (part in stainless steel, part in French oak), this wine shows bright pale straw hues, & fresh aromas of grapefruit, peach and tropical fruit with floral touches. Medium-bodied on the palate, with lemon, gooseberry, nectarine and mineral notes, finishing crisp and elegant. Great with seafood, chicken, or light vegetarian dishes.
