Yarden Baron Vineyard 2016

Yarden Bar’on Vineyard 2016 is a bold, complex single-vineyard red wine from the Bar’on Vineyard in the northern Golan Heights. A blend it displays ripe dark fruits like raspberry, cherry, blackberry, and plum, layered with expressive notes of cedar, tobacco, smoked meat, anise, violets and sandalwood. Full-bodied and richly textured, it has chewy tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The wine matured for 18 months in French oak barrels and offers cellaring potential of a decade or more.
