The Galil Yiron 2007 Magnum is a dry wine from Israel with a bottle size of 1.5 liters and an alcohol volume of 14%. It is not mevushal and is kosher for Passover. This full-bodied wine offers notes of blueberries, blackberries, stony minerals, blackcurrants, purple plums, saddle leather, and dark chocolate. It has a long and elegant finish with a score of 92 by Daniel Rogov. It pairs well with a variety of foods, from cheesy lasagna to juicy burgers or ribs in barbecue sauce.
