Darom by Yatir Red 2019 is a vibrant blend of Merlot, Syrah, Malbec, Zinfandel, and Cabernet Sauvignon, sourced from the Negev and southern Judean Mountains.

This ruby red wine offers enticing aromas of blackberry, plum, and pepper. On the palate, it reveals ripe, juicy fruit, balanced acidity, soft tannins, and a long, smooth finish. 

Aged for about 8 months in large wooden foudres, Darom Red kosher wine is crafted to complement light Mediterranean dishes like pasta and pizza.
