Milk and Honey Apex Terroir Negev Desert - Single Malt 70cl

Apex Terroir Negev Desert is a single malt whisky that captures the extreme contrast of its environment. Made by M&H Distillery, it’s part of their Apex Terroir series, which explores how climate, altitude, and locale affect whisky maturation.

Strength & Size: 54.2% ABV, 700ml bottle.

Maturation Influence: Aging in the Negev involves very hot, dry desert days and cold nights in the Arad hills. The large diurnal temperature swings cause the barrels to expand and contract, helping deepen the character of the whisky. Also matured at relatively high altitude, which moderates some effects.

Taste & Aromas: The nose is elegant and delicate—notes of nuts, dark chocolate, and dried fruit. On the palate it is dry, with bursts of red berries and fresh fruit. The finish is short but appealing, with dried fruits, berries, and a soft marshmallow note.
