The Yatir Creek is a distinguished Israeli red blend, crafted from Syrah (76%), Tannat (12%), and Malbec (12%), grown in select plots of the renowned Yatir Forest.
After careful vinification, the kosher wine matured for a year in large oak barrels (3,800–5,400 liters), allowing it to develop complexity while maintaining a balanced, fruit-driven character. It was then bottle-aged at the winery for an additional two years, enhancing its elegance and depth.
In the glass, Yatir Creek reveals deep burgundy hues and captivating aromas of black cherry, cassis, black currant, and roasted almonds. On the palate, rich fruitiness is beautifully balanced with fine-grained, slightly saline tannins, leading to a fresh, tangy finish.
This refined wine pairs beautifully with roasted meats, lamb, and aged cheeses, and promises graceful aging for at least five to ten years.
A true showcase of Israeli terroir and Yatir Winery’s craftsmanship.
