Palate: Citrus blossoms, grapefruit, strawberry, fresh crisp acidity, focused minerality, smooth finish. 12.5% alcohol. Fermented in stainless steel tanks at 12 degrees Celsius. Added fine lees for complexity – Sur Lie technique batonnage.
