This ideal climate allows the fruit to reach its full potential. Look for reach, ripe and concentrated flavors of juicy plums and black cherries. Enjoy with roasted meats, grilled poultry, or gourmet cheeses. Best bet - open and decant at least a half-hour prior to drinking and serve at room temperature. Please store it on its side in a cool and dark place.
