Hevron Heights Jerusalem Heights Cabernet & Merlot

Jerusalem Heights is a sophisticated blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grown at high elevation (900 meters) in the mountains surrounding Jerusalem. Aged for 18 months in new French and American Oak Barrels and then carefully brought together to produce one of Israel's most outstanding inspired blends. Non-filtered, this wine features lush flavors of cherry, chocolate and black pepper with a nice finish of aromatic spices. Serve with grilled lamb or veal chops. Best bet - open and decant an hour prior to drinking. Serve at 65F.
