Teperberg Essence Chardonnay

100% Chardonnay, The grapes for this wine were harvested from a vineyard in the heights of the Judean Hills, 900 meters above sea level. The grape qualities of this Chardonnay are enhanced by the site's terroir including the cooler morning and evening temperatures. Additionally, the Chardonnay vines of this block were grown with lower yields after shoot and cluster thinning to enhance the quality of the fruit resulting in increased varietal typicity in the aromas and flavors of this wine
