Single Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon grapes were harvested from the Admon Vineyard cultivated on the southeastern slopes of the Ramat Dalton region in the Upper Galilee, one of the top growing regions in Israel, 2,530 ft. above sea level. This unique vineyard instilled in the wine a rich, full-bodied, and balanced character with an impressive aging ability. Following fermentation and maceration on its skins, the wine was aged for 15 months in French oak barrels. Yiftach Perets Chief Winemaker CARMEL SIGNATURE – Carmel Winery’s most prestigious wines. The grapes for these wines are nurtured with particular care and are selected with strict precision from top vineyards.
