Produced from a wheated mash bill of the highest quality food grain, the barrels were allowed it to sit undisturbed for four months before being carefully placed on a ship that made a very slow voyage for six months across the Atlantic Ocean and the Mediterranean Sea till it reached Haifa. In Haifa the barrels were left to age in the open air for another three and a half years until the bourbon reached its perfection. Dew of B’dolah is a Kabbalistic term that describes the state of a perfect harmonious balance between many different factors.
