Shiloh Shor Cabernet Sauvignon

This wine was made solely with Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, harvested by hand in Shiloh's selected vineyards. Aging in French oak barrels for 15 months adds complexity and elegance. The aromas evoke fresh black fruit, cassis, and green pepper notes, which are delicately balanced with scents of vanilla. The palate echoes raspberry, blueberry and plums, with rich tannins giving it a long and pleasant finish. Aging will further enhance this wine. To keep its outstanding quality, this wine is not filtered.
