A wine merging Cabernet Sauvignon (44%), Shiraz (40%) Petit Verdot (8%), and Cabernet Franc (7%) from grapes grown in the Golan Heights, the Upper Galilee, and the Jerusalem Hills. This wine’s varieties give it its full, impressive, and powerful body. For 22 months this wine ages in wood barrels. Characterized by plum, coffee, and black pepper tones. This wine is distinctly elegant and complex with a long finish and a long aging life.
