Hevron Heights Messody Rose

This is a French-style rosé created from cabernet sauvignon grapes grown in vineyards on the Judean Mountains at an altitude of 350m-650m. Immediately on arrival at the winery, the juice is extracted for the first time and fermented without the skin, in a long, cool process. The wine is very balanced, fresh, crisp, and refreshing, with subtle acidity, rich in fruity flavors and aromas.
