Dalton Estate Rosé

Dalton Estate Rosé is a delightful blush wine crafted from a blend of Barbera, Zinfandel, and a touch of Cabernet.

The red grapes are harvested towards the end of summer and crushed before sitting on their skins for about 8 hours, extracting a light pink juice. The juice is then cold-fermented for three weeks to retain its fresh character, and fermentation is stopped early by freezing, leaving a hint of residual sugar. This results in an incredibly aromatic wine with vibrant notes of strawberry, rose petal, and red grapefruit.

Slightly off-dry, Dalton Estate Rosé boasts bright acidity that enhances its fruit-driven palate, making it perfect for Mediterranean cuisine, light soft cheeses, roasted eggplant, tahini, and pasta.
