Covenant Israel Blue C Adom - Israeli Dry Red Wine

Covenant`s BLUE C wines from Israel are named in honor of the California RED C RED, Rosé, and Sauvignon Blanc wines. Blue and white are the colors of the Israeli Flag. And adom means, red, in Hebrew. This is the first red wine to be released under our BLUE C series. BLUE C Adom is a blend of Syrah and Cabernet, both grown in the Tel Faris Vineyard, where we also source the grapes for our Covenant Israel Syrah. A bold, lush red wine packed with black cherry, cassis, and plum flavors. It’s framed elegantly in toasty oak and finishes long with supple tannins. A robust yet supple-textured wine, perfect for everything from pizzas to pasta and grilled meats.
