Carmel Appellation Cabernet Sauvignon is a premium dry red wine crafted from carefully selected Cabernet Sauvignon grapes grown in the Upper Galilee. 

The wine undergoes extended fermentation with skins on and is aged in French oak barrels for 12 months to develop its deep, complex flavour. Rich in color and aroma, it offers enticing notes of blackberries, plum, and mint, followed by a long, well-balanced finish. Due to minimal filtration, natural sediment may appear during bottle maturation. 

Ideal for those who appreciate a full-bodied, sophisticated red wine.
